I find the 75 feels really similar to my 10/22, heck even has a barrel band. The Glenfield model 200 fixed 4x rifle scope with 3/4" tube was introduced in 1969 and offered as an option for this rifle through out the remainder of its production. The Glenfield model is the same as any regular Marlin 336 but was made for a chain store, used hard wood instead of Walnut and may have had different sights.
