“A change of pace and scenery
within your city trip”
Cycling can be a great way to discover Barcelona: unfortunately, not everywhere is as safe as it might be for riders. We have used our local knowledge to design a relatively safe route through the old town (most of whose streets are pedestrianised) and along the beach. On the way, we explain the sites we pass.
We kick off in the trendy Born area, and then make our way to the Ciutadella Park where we stop at several points. We cycle under the Arc de Triomf, the gate of the first World Exhibition and make our way into the Barri Gòtic (old town) - stopping off at the Palau de la Música, the cross the Ramblas to explore the area of the Raval (the MACBA, CCCB, Rambla del Raval, etc.) and then onto the coast and along the beach.
WHEN: every day except Sunday from 10 to 2 or from 4 to 8
MEETING POINT: On the corner of the Ramblas and Carrer Tallers – Carrer Tallers is the first street on your right if you walk down the Ramblas (direction sea), starting at Plaza Catalunya.
PRICE GUIDE: on request / rent bicycle: 10 euro (max 4 hours) - My Favourite Things is not responsible in case anything happens.
